RIVERSIDE AXLE FITMENT HELP

The right axle starts with the right information.

Start with a clear photo of your axle’s identification sticker. If the sticker is missing or unreadable, Jannet’s measuring guide helps you collect the details our team needs.

1. Have an axle sticker? Send it first.

Look near the center of the axle tube for an identification label or stamped ID. Its location and information vary by manufacturer. Photograph the whole label in focus so all numbers are readable, plus a wider photo of the axle and springs. For multiple axles, send each tag.

Opens your messaging app with a draft to (951) 892-1008. Attach the photos there and tap Send. This page does not upload or send photos automatically. We may request additional measurements after reviewing the tag.

2. No readable sticker? Meet Jannet.

Identify your axle, then measure.

Jannet explains axle measuring points and how to send identification photos. This is an AI presenter; the labeled diagram shows the measurement locations.

For straight leaf-spring axles. Torsion and drop axles need a separate review. Written steps and the measuring diagram are also available below.

3. Record two different measurements.

Blue HF arrow between wheel mounting faces; orange SC arrow between spring seat centers on the same axle.
  1. Hub Face (HF): measure between the flat wheel-mounting faces of the hubs across the same axle. Tires, dust caps and spindle tips are different measuring points.
  2. Spring Center (SC): measure from the center of one spring seat to the center of the opposite seat on that axle.
  3. Record both in inches and double-check. Never select the closest standard size or round a measurement to make it match. A sample size is not your trailer’s size.

If wheels obstruct the measuring points, have a qualified person prepare and support the trailer safely. Do not work beneath a trailer supported only by a jack.

Also send axle capacity/ID, brake type, wheel bolt pattern and a photo showing whether the springs sit above or below the axle tube. Riverside’s online spring-axle offering is underslung (springs below the tube). Unsure, custom or different setups go to our team for review.

A photo request is not a completed order or a fitment approval. We confirm fitment, configuration, availability and the final total before payment.
