How freight delivery works Standard freight delivery requires the customer to provide a suitable forklift or truck-height loading dock. The delivery truck does not normally bring a forklift. Liftgate service must be requested in advance and is subject to carrier approval and the packed shipment’s size and weight limits. If a liftgate is unsuitable, we will discuss terminal pickup or a separately quoted unloading service.
Residential, liftgate, limited-access and other carrier charges may apply. Our team will confirm all shipping charges before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Inspect the shipment at delivery, record visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly.
